Nutcracker
· Our 40th Anniversary Nutcracker was such a big hit that we’ve decided to make it a bi-yearly tradition! We’re so excited to bring our groundbreaking, multi-genre Nutcracker back to Long Beach this December, featuring exciting updates. Auditions will take place in September 12th. 2027 Recital Date
· Our recitals will be held once again at the beautiful Maguire Theater at SUNY Old Westbury on Sunday, June 13th in the afternoon and early evening. Parents will be notified in early May as to which recital or recitals your child has been assigned (only highly involved students will perform in more than one recital). Our mandatory onstage rehearsal at the Maguire Theater will be held on Tuesday, June 1st from 5:00-9:00 PM (students will just be called for a portion of the time).
Picture DAy
· Planning ahead: Picture Day will take place on May 22nd. Sign-up will begin on April 1st.

Competition News!
· Congratulations to our incredible 2026 competition team for an incredible season at Access Broadway, Backstage, Journey, & True Talent (Regionals and Nationals). We are proud to have received the Studio of Excellence award at Journey, recognizing our students’ accomplishments onstage as well as behind the scenes through their kindness and sportsmanship. We also received the Penny Prima Passionate Teacher Award at True Talent, stating “behind every successful dancer is a passionate and caring teacher dedicated to their growth and development”. Congratulations to our Company Tap piece, Rockstar, for achieving the highest scoring tap routine of the weekend at Journey and to our Senior, Teen, and Petite teams for receiving the “Triple Threat” award at True Talent in recognition of their top scores in three genres. Bravo to our talented and versatile students!
